SMS/Mobile/Data Privacy Information

No mobile information or client data will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Safety: To contact parents/guardians in case of emergency and to ensure class materials are safe.

  • AI Support: To provide immediate answers to your questions via our automated assistant regarding pricing, schedules, commissions, and FAQs.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini)

We utilize enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence services provided by Google LLC (Gemini API) to assist with customer support inquiries.

  • No Model Training: We access these services under strict commercial terms that prohibit Google from using your personal data or conversation history to train their public AI models.

  • Data Security: Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.


4. Privacy for Minors (COPPA Compliance)

Our services are directed to parents and guardians.

  • Collection: We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. All data regarding minors is provided voluntarily by the parent or legal guardian for the purpose of enrollment.

  • Parental Rights: Parents have the right to review their child’s personal information, request its deletion, and refuse further collection.

  • SMS and AI conversation history is retained only as long as necessary to support your customer service needs.

7. Media Release

Ms Lori Art may occasionally take photographs of student artwork or class activities for studio displays or social media. We seek written consent from the parent/guardian before uploading a post containing a minor student. You may opt-out of photos at any time by notifying us.
