1. Ms Lori Art uses an AI assistant to provide conversational customer support. When you text the studio, you can expect to receive immediate automated answers regarding art class pricing, lesson schedules, enrollment policies, art commissions, lesson information, and frequently asked questions. Our assistant may also send links to studio webpages when relevant to your specific inquiry.

2. **Opt-In:** You opt-in to the service by sending a text message to our phone number, calling us and requesting SMS follow-up, or by submitting a contact form on our website with your phone number. By doing so, you agree to receive conversational AI responses and service-related messages.

3. **Opt-out:**You can opt-out the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text "START", and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
